The Parterre Garden
Built as one of the main projects for the 1996 series of Gardeners' World, this formal garden is primarily used for growing fruit and vegetables. Flowerbeds surround the fruit and vegetable plot to add colour and interest and to give the gardener a pleasing aspect while working. The Parterre Garden has been designed to be easy to build, maintain and to fit well within an average back garden.
